Awesome place with excellent amenities like free wi-fi, a restaurant, and a spacious pool. On my first stay, the staff's restaurant recommendations were great. I highly recommend checking out the Regency Club.

I had a lovely stay where the breakfast buffet was truly delicious and the king room was incredibly spacious for relaxation. The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a day out, and I enjoyed lounging by the sun terrace. While the air conditioning was a bit chilly in public areas, it didn't take away from my overall experience. definitely check this place out! 😊

The staff were all nice and the location

was very easy to access, either by foot or Uber. The large room provided a wonderful view, but I expected a bit more attention to details in cleanliness. Overall, it was a good option for our stay.

My recent stay was fantastic! The team was friendly, especially during evening walks near the beautiful paseo de montejo. My king room had fine views of the city, which were lovely at sunrise and sunset.

spacious room

the hyatt regency has an excellent location, just 400m from walmart and a short walk to great restaurants. my king room was spacious and had a comfy mattress. the friendly check-in staff made a great first impression. i also loved the free wi-fi throughout the property and the big screen tv with plenty of channels to choose from.

Great location but noisy nights

The staff was genuinely friendly and the location is perfect for exploring local restaurants and attractions. Loved the comfortable bed which made my day.

Sadly, the walls were incredibly thin, making it hard to sleep with neighbors frequenting their doors. Our room keys malfunctioned too.
